MY STORY
When I arrived in the UK, I faced what so many immigrants face: a new country, limited networks, and questions about where I belonged. It wasn’t easy, but I discovered the power of clarity, confidence, and storytelling to transform challenges into opportunities.
That journey inspired me to dedicate my work to empowering Black immigrants who are starting over, pivoting careers, or preparing for global opportunities.
Over the past decade, I’ve built a diverse career across Administration, Human Resources, Talent Strategy, Product Management, Career Coaching, and Personal Branding, working in industries including Finance, Media, Consulting, Health, and Tech.
I hold a BSc and MSc in Sociology from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria, and a Master’s in Human Resource Management from the University of Liverpool, UK. I’m also an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) and the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) in the UK.
Through my personal brand, I’ve coached clients to:
- Transition into tech with clarity and confidence.
- Position themselves for Global Talent opportunities.
- Build standout personal brands and businesses that have won awards and industry recognition.
Alongside my coaching, I’m the Founder of Cludive. Cludive is a technology-driven company building a platform to empower Black immigrants to transition into tech, launch businesses, and build global careers through digital learning, tools, and community.
