I have over ten years of experience in Administration, HR, Career Advisory and Product Management in the Financial, Media, Consulting, Facility Management, Health and Tech Industries.

A graduate of BSc Sociology and MSc Industrial Sociology from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. I obtained a second master’s in Human Resource Management from the University of Liverpool, United Kingdom. An Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) and The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), United Kingdom.

I am the Founder/Lead Career & Transition Coach at CLUDIVE. This tech-enabled company helps diverse professionals transition into Tech and other industries and Founder/Lead Product Manager at GEMMA CLEANS. This leading technology-enabled sustainable development company supports and promotes four of the United Nations’ SDG Goals (3, 4, 6, and 8) by providing sustainable cleaning services across Nigeria and the UK.

On the first of January 2024, she launched a community called The Career Path Mentor (TCPM), which is a community dedicated to inspiring and helping career professionals struggling in their current career path: those who feel stuck, unfulfilled, unhappy and deep down know they can achieve so much more and increase their earning potential. I am a thought leader in the Human Resource Management space. I share insights and expertise through my various content on LinkedIn – the largest network of professionals and other social media platforms and media publications.

I am a self-published Author of two books: How to Leverage Your LinkedIn Profile to Land Your Dream Job and How to Ace an Online Job Interview. These books are available on Amazon and my website.

I am committed to work that focuses on good health & well-being, decent work & economic growth, youth empowerment, education, and employment as part of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. I have volunteered with several NGOs and organisations directed at youth empowerment, as a mental health advocate at Mentally Aware Nigeria (MANI), a volunteer at Lagos Food Bank (LFB), and women-focused organisations such as She Can Nigeria.
